Sean holds a degree in Industrial Psychology and Industrial Sociology and worked for a number of years with a leading South African Industrial Relations Practice involved in conflict resolution, mediation, arbitration, Industrial Court representation. His passion for people development moved him into consultancy specialising in change management and training. He has also designed and delivered leadership & management training to organisations such as BP, the British National Health Service, Health Authorities, Dell, and Siemens etc.
Sean is one of only a hand full of licensed users of Packtypes, a truly dynamic and powerful profiling tool. It is a single tool which is extremely flexible and is capable of profiling individuals, teams, departments and whole organisations. The tool can be used to restore strained and troubled relationships and can develop the effectiveness of teams. The primary aim of the tool is to help increase Emotional Intelligence (EQ) levels and thereby increased levels of success for individuals and teams.
