Performance consulting is defined by industry experts as a 'process in which learning organizations partner with clients - either internal or external - to achieve strategic results through the optimization of workplace performance in support of business goals'

Learning professionals must demonstrate strong consulting skills to successfully guide their organizations toward optimal performance-This two-day' workshop will provide important insights on how these can be achieved and will connect you with practical resources you can use to support the shift.
